"It takes awareness and support for all woman worldwide to acknowledge how they can support and contribute to a cause. Thank you Women of Nations for blazing the communication trail for all to follow."

"I've had your Women of Nations card sitting here by my quiet time things.  And I've intended to write you a note since Wildhorse about how wonderfully inspiring your words were as we women sat around the table and shared.  The intensity of your passion came through your words covered with love and hope for the future of our world.

I could so relate to your words and I wanted to pass along a couple thoughts that came to me as I have held your card and prayed over it and for you.  The instant replay in my mind isn't all that sharp but a few of your words keep jumping out at me and I don't think they were so much related to the work God may be calling you to do just with women as much as how inspiring the work you ARE doing right now for your own family is.  Your words that washed over the women seated around the table were like a balm to the soul.  "I'm at home with (your son)." "I love being at home." "We are hoping for more children."  These words were so sweet to hear and are rarely heard from new Mamas anymore.

It struck me how, as Mothers and Wives, we are all WOMEN of NATIONS.  We raise children who will carry on with even greater strength than we possess because they have been given the keys to the kingdom far earlier in life than we were.  They are starting life from a place of hope and security and trust.  As a Mother I have struggled with what it means to stay right there in that place with my children and husband.  Lifting them up.  Ministering to them and discipling them.  Sending them out into the world to explore and then being right there for them when they come running back for encouragement or in need of a new set of tools for their journey.  The world is always telling me to be doing MORE.  SO much MORE.  And that is when I am so succeptable to the striving.

I can't say it much better than she does but I so wanted to share it with you along with a BIG HUG and say that I'm in!  I want to be a Women of Nations too!"
